SUMMARY:Block Print and Bind a Book (with Anne Davison)
DESCRIPTION:MORNING WORKSHOP \nBlock printing and book binding in a morning. We’ll start the workshop working with Print\, collage\, and textile artist Anne Davison to cut a print block. We’ll use our new blocks to print a repeat pattern onto paper and (you can see where this is going!) use the paper we’ve just made in a unique hand stitched pamphlet book. \nAnne Davison is a Kent based artist and designer working with collage. Anne’s collages are constructed from her own painted textures and printed material to create bold and colourful designs. She uses a playful approach to image-making\, and experiments with colour combinations and the shapes that evolve.
