Bindfulness Handmade Bookbinding Social

Come along for all or part of the day. There will be materials available to make small sewn books, try paste paper making, see marbling up close, fold stuff, work in collage and generally take the opportunity to share the joy of paper while learning from each other.
Here’s what’s on so far:
- Pamphlet sewing with Paste papers & leather wraps
- Making paste paper (A4 size – bring a folder to take your paper home!)
- Marbling demonstration with Nichola Daunton from Daunton Marbling
- Paper folding with paper artist Nicola Chatten
- Collage/Zine Station with abstract multimedia artist and painter Deborah Pugh
- All the artists will be on hand throughout the day to talk about their creative processes.
- Just your lovely self? Yes, please and can’t wait to see you!
- OR you can add a delicious specially made Kento Bento box lunch from Wasted Kitchen (GF? There’s a choice for you!)
- AND you can sign up for the Tiny Book Collaboration (with £5 OFF!) and get started on your book at the Bindfulness Social! So your book can be registered, you’ll need to sign up for the project separately using a voucher code that will be emailed to you before the Social. I can help with this on the day, too.
