Description
A screw post album is an expandable book of single sheets held together by metal Chicago screws. This construction allows you to easily add, remove, or reorder pages. We’ll make the basic book style and look at possible variations for future projects.
We will look the importance of paper grain and how to hinge and score your pages. You’ll cover your books with book cloth and decorative paper using basic tools. Your day of making includes all materials, including paper, board, various decorative papers, bookcloth, and adhesive to make your own uniquely designed books. Tools are provided for use on the day.
You’ll take away your handbound book, new skills, and a wonderful feeling of well-being that a whole day of working creatively offers.

Bindfulness workshop venues are in Faversham.
Creative Courses is a multi-use creative space. Tea and coffee, quality teaching, and materials are provided… you just turn up and enjoy your day. There is plenty of parking and the venue is 15 minutes walk from Faversham train station. The Creative Courses Workshop is on the first floor of Unit 1C. There is no lift.
The 1697 Shop is right in the heart of Faversham at 121 West Street.
